  I have been living at the Avalon for 5 months and I must post how amazing Alex and his staff of maintenance workers are. Whenever I needed fixing in my apartment, they were there within 24 hours. Their work is professional and responsible.
  I had a light out in the foyer. Within one day that I did not get service, Alex called me to apologize that the bulbs came in broken and he had to send them all back. When he got the new delivery, he was up at my apartment and texted me that the bulbs are in and he will be up to change it immediately. Where else but the Avalon would you get such quick and caring service from a maintenance team. Building is spotless, grounds beautiful. Thank you all for making the Avalon a wonderful place to live and be proud of.
